Jurgen Klopp's rampant Reds tore through Watford to win 6-1 on a Super Sunday packed with goals and the layers were forced to cut them in the outright title betting after three points took them onto 26 and one clear at the top of the table.

Sky Bet make Liverpool, who last tasted top-flight glory in the 1989-90 season, 5/2 second-favourites to be crowned champions behind 2-1 shots Man City.

Tottenham came from a goal down to draw 1-1 with Arsenal in the North London derby at the Emirates and are 20/1 to finish on top, with the Gunners easing to 6/1 after they ended the weekend in fourth place, level on points (24) with City but below them goal difference.

Chelsea occupy second spot in the standings and Antonio Conte's team are 11/4 on the back of a fine performance in beating Everton 5-0 at Stamford Bridge in Saturday's late game.

Manchester United were other positive movers in light of their comfortable 3-1 victory over Swansea at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday.

Jose Mourinho served a touchline ban but selected an experienced starting XI and his side had the game all but wrapped up at half-time following goals from summer recruits Paul Pogba and a Zlatan Ibrahimovic brace.

The Red Devils are eight points adrift of old rivals Liverpool and were clipped to 22/1 for the title.
