Manchester United reportedly have a plan up their sleeve to keep hold of David de Gea.
Real Madrid have a long-standing interest in the Spaniard, who came close to joining them in 2015.
United are thought to be keeping an eye on Toni Kroos.
And according to Spanish outlet Don Balon, Mourinho will only push ahead with a move for the German midfielder if Real come calling for the shot-stopper.
Real Madrid have been sniffing around David de Gea
He is always fit and at his age to produce the goals he is producing is unbelievable
Ryan Giggs
Ryan Giggs admits he has been blown away by the form of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
The Swede has showed no signs of slowing down, and has already scored 24 goals in all competitions for United.
And Giggs is amazed at how the 35-year-old is still producing.
“It's their job and you can see that he is a good professional, he is always fit and at his age to play centre-forward and to produce the goals he is producing is unbelievable,” Giggs said.
Jose Mourinho is reportedly worried United’s season could be derailed by fixture pile-up.
With the EFL Cup final against Southampton on Sunday (4.30pm), United’s league derby against Manchester City has been postponed and no new date has been found.
United are also involved in the Europa League and the FA Cup.
Their league clash with the Saints will be arranged too.
ESPN FC report the Premier League say there is no scope for games to be played behind the final round of matches on Sunday May 21.
It means United face the prospect of playing twice in midweek in the last week of the season.
