Antonio Conte judges entire Chelsea team: This is who deserves Player of the Year award London Football Awards 2017: Chelsea and Tottenham scoop major honours

The Blues have flourished under their new manager’s leadership this season, seeing them sit comfortably seven points clear in first.

N’Golo Kante, Diego Costa and Eden Hazard are among those who have been hailed for their displays during the campaign.

And Kante’s impressive performances in midfield following his arrival from Leicester earned him the London Player of the Year accolade last week.

All my players are playing very well and deserve the best

Manchester United’s Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Tottenham’s Harry Kane have also been tipped.

But Antonio Conte feels any one of his Chelsea stars warrant being chosen.

“This kind of award is better to give at the end of the season and I hope to give this award to one of my players, all of my players,” Conte said.

“This season, until now, all my players are playing very well and deserve the best.

“But it’s important in this case to finish the right way and try to win.

“Only if you win will people remember you.”

Kante was named in the Team of the Year last season, losing out on the top award to ex-Leicester team-mate Riyad Mahrez.

But the France international could clinch it this term if he continues to shine in Chelsea’s bid for the title.
